Caitlyn Ross Raczkowski
Caitlyn Ross Raczkowski, originally from Bozeman, Montana, began fostering her love for ballet at the young age of three. At 13, she attended the Eglevsky Ballet's summer program in Long Island, NY. ABT's Detroit summer program was her next venture, and at 15, Caitlyn made the leap across the seas to the Salzburg International Ballet Academy in beautiful Austria. Asked to return the following semester, Ms. Raczkowski joined the Salzburg Ballet Academy where she completed the first half of her Junior year. She also toured with the company performing the Tchaikovsky Ballet and Carmen in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria. Returning to Bozeman for her Senior year, Ms. Raczkowski happily continued dancing for Montana Ballet Company in several Nutcrackers, contemporary productions, and a ground-breaking multi-media collaboration with Patrick Leonard, Jennifer Grace, and Amy Stoddart resulting in a one woman ballet titled, "The First Day." The following Season she joined the San Diego Ballet Company where she danced as a soloist. Ms. Raczkowski hopes to someday direct her own neo-classical/contemporary company. This Season she is pleased to be back with Montana Ballet Company.
